• 15g roasted makhana (fox nuts) – 52 kcal

• 3 cashews – 25 kcal
• 1 tsp raisins – 9 kcal
• 1/4 cup sliced apple – 16 kcal
• Zero calorie sweetener – 0 kcal
• Kesar optional
• Pista optional

Optional – Add 1 scoop unflavored or vanilla protein powder to boost protein

Total Calories – 240 kcal (without protein powder)
Protein – 11.4g
Fats – 7.8g
Carbs – 31g
Fibre – 6g
