Ragi laddu ingredients

Almonds – 1/4cup
Cashew – 1/4 cup
Walnuts – 10 pieces
Sesame seeds – 1/2cup
Edible gum – 1/4cup
Ragi flour/finger millet flour – 1cup
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Cardamom pods – 3
Jaggery – 1/4 cup
Dates – 15

Jaggery phool makhana ingredients:

Sesame seeds 1tbsp Peanuts – 1/2 cup
Phool makhana – 200gm
Jaggery – 1cup
Ghee – 1tsp
Baking soda – 1tsp

Dry fruits dates laddu ingredients:

Almonds – 1/2cup
Cashews – 1/2cup
Hazelnuts – 1/2 cup
Pistachio – 1/2 cup
Raisins – 1/2 cup
Sesame seeds – 1/2 cup
Poppyseeds – 2tbsp
Sunflower seeds – 1/4 cup
Pumpkin seeds – 1/4 cup
Dates – 1/2 kg adjust as per your sweetness
Cardamom powder – 1tsp

All above ingredients adjust quantities as per your taste and preference
