Here’s how to make it 👇🏻
Serves: 4–5 | Time: 45 mins

🟢 Preparation
– Make ½ cup almond butter
– Blend rolled oats into flour

🟢 Ingredients
Flax Egg –
2 tbsp flaxseed powder
4 tbsp water

Wet Ingredients –
2 ripe bananas
½ cup almond butter
3 tbsp jaggery

Dry Ingredients –
¾ cup almond flour
¾ cup oats flour
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp vanilla powder
A pinch of rock salt

Other Ingredients –
¼ cup chopped walnuts
1 tbsp cacao nibs (optional)

Topping –
5 walnuts

🟢 Method

1️⃣ Mix flaxseed powder and water. Set aside for 10 mins.

2️⃣ Preheat the oven to 180°C. Prep your bread tin with oil and parchment.

3️⃣ In a bowl, mash bananas, jaggery, and almond butter. Add flax egg and mix.

4️⃣ Sift dry ingredients. Combine with wet ingredients until smooth.

5️⃣ Fold in walnuts & cacao nibs. Pour into tin, top with walnuts.

6️⃣ Bake for 30 mins. Cool for 1 hour before slicing.
