Recipe of Makhana Paneer Appe:
1) Grind 1 cup makhana and 1 cup suji
2) In a bowl, transfer the mixture then add grated paneer, carrot and chopped Capsicum
3) Add 2 tsp curd
4) Add salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder
5)Mix all the ingredients
6) Now cook in appe pan
