LATE NIGHT KEBAB

INGREDIENTS
200g extra lean beef mince
Shawarma seasoning
2g Spray Oil
1 x mini pitta
20g diced onion
50g sliced tomatoes
Iceberg lettuce
Hot sauce of choice

METHOD
Spread meat on the pitta like a pizza.
Sprinkle seasoning on top and spray oil over meat.
On a hot pan fry pita meat side down. Fry for 4-5 mins before flipping
Transfer on top of sheet foil and add lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Add hot sauce and wrap up like a burrito.
