Recipe of Dahi kebab:
1) Grind 1 cup makhana( Foxnut)
2)Now take hung curd, grated paneer, grinded makhana,chopped onion, Coriander leaves and spices like salt,black pepper powder and cumin powder
3) Mix them all and form Kebab
4) Shallow fry all kebabs
