No-Bake Chocolate Energy Bites
Naturally sweet, protein-rich, and perfect for snacking — these bites are a wholesome treat you’ll keep coming back to!

Ingredients
• ½ cup walnuts
• ¼ cup sunflower seeds
• ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
• 1 cup dates (soft or soaked)
• 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2–3 tbsp peanut butter (adjust for binding)
• Optional: Dark chocolate (for dipping)

Method
* Soak dates in hot water for 10 minutes if they are not soft.
* Dry roast the walnuts, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds in a pan for 3–5 minutes until fragrant. Let them cool.
* Blend the roasted nuts and seeds into a coarse powder.
* Add the soaked dates, cocoa powder, and peanut butter to the blender.
* Blend everything until a smooth, sticky mixture forms. Add more peanut butter if needed for binding.
* Scoop and roll into small balls.
* Refrigerate for 1 hour to firm up.
* (Optional) Dip the balls in melted dark chocolate and allow them to set.
* Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
