Here is the detailed recipe of viral healthy potato chilla
*RECIPE*
1. In a bowl add 2 grated boiled potato, 1 tbsp oregano, 1 tbsp chilli flakes and 1 tbsp ajwain.
2. Add half tbsp salt, half tbsp garam masala, 1 cup wheat flour, chopped green chilli and coriander leaves.
3. Mix it well using water and add chopped onions.
4. Make a thick batter.
5. Grease the tawa with ghee and spread the batter.
6. Cook for both the sides using ghee.
7. Your delicious potato chilla is ready. Enjoy
