Recipe of Paneer Poha Cutlet:
1) Soak poha in water for 10 mins then rinse and strain the water
2) Take a bowl,add poha,grated paneer, grated carrot, Coriander leaves,salt,cumin powder, black pepper powder,red chill powder
3) Mix them well then form cutlet
4) Shallow fry with less oil
5) Serve with dip
