In this video, I am going to show you How to make Homemade Cerelac powder |Healthy recipes |sathumavu recipes

Ingredient:-
Ragi – 1/2 kg,pearls millet – 250 gm ,Green Gram – 250 gm, Black urad Dal – 250 gm, White chickpeas – 200 gm, Fried Gram – 200 gm, Wheat- 200 gm Rice-200gm, Almond (Badam)-20 gm, cashewnut- 20 gm, Walnuts- 20 gm
Method:-
1)Wash all the Ingredient twice or thrice and sun dry it for 2 to 3 hours.
2) In a wide pan or kadai, add all this Ingredient one by one and dry roast them separately and keep aside to cool down
3) Grind them in flour mill and strain it
4) Let it cool down, store them in a air tight container for longer use.

Cooking Method:-
1) In a vessel, Add two glass of water let it boil
2) Take a small bowl, Add two table spoon on Homemade Cerelac mix( sathumavu) pour some water and stir well without lumps.
3) Add this mixture into boiling water and cook for 5 to 10 minutes for perfect consistency
4) Turn off the stove, add some salt or brown sugar for extra flavor
5)Homemade Cerelac healthy mix is ready to serve
6) 12 + Months Babies can consume this recipes.
