Protein : 5g protein/puff
Ingredients –
For Fillings :
1 tsp chilli garlic oil
1 cup boiled corns and peas
1/2 cup chopped capsicum
1 carrot
1 onions
2/3 green chilli
2-3 garlic cloves
150gm low fat paneer
1 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp @everestspices Kashmiri red chilli
1/2 tbsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
Some fresh coriander
Rice Papers
Some drops of oil
– Air Fry for 15/20 mins. 7-10mins each side at 180C
