Corn & Veggie Fritters -perfect for evening time☕️

These are my 15 minute prep perfect for lazy monsoon days and so wholesome and nourishing.
It’s quick, easy, minimal and healthy at the same time.
Also perfect to add it to your office lunchbox

Ingredients :
1 cup boiled corns ( pulse it coarsely in a blender)
1 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/2 cup Oats flour
2 tsp Rice Flour
1.5 tbsp ginger-green chilli paste
1 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Shape them in patties and pan fry from both the sides using minimal oil.

Assemble serve and enjoy !!!✨
