These roasted Makhana(fox nuts) snacks are light, crunchy, and full of flavour – made with simple spices, dry fruits, and natural ingredients. Perfect for guilt-free snacking, whether you like them, classic, spicy,nutty, or rich with dry fruits.
* Classic Salt & Black Papper Masala
1 cup of Makhana (Fox Nuts)
1/2 tsp salt (salt to taste)
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tablespoon of ghee
* Spicy Chaat Makhana
1 cup of Makhana (fox nuts)
1 tablespoon of ghee
1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 black salt (taste)
1/2 tsp Maggie masala (optional)
* Crunchy Peanut Curry Masala Makhana
1 cup Makhana
1/2 small bowl peanuts
4-6 curry leaves
1 tablespoon of ghee
1/2 turmeric powder
1/2 Kashmiri red chilli powder
salt to taste
* Dry Fruit Masala Makhana
1 cup Makhana
1/2 cup Almonds & Cashews
1 tablespoon of ghee
1/2 tsp chaat masala
Salt to taste
