โข 6 tbsp shredded red cabbage (1 tbsp per taco)
โข 6 tbsp diced mango (1 tbsp per taco)
โข Fresh parsley for garnish

โโข Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
โโข Add diced onion and minced garlic; sautรฉ for 2โ3 minutes until fragrant.
โโข Add cubed chicken thighs; cook for 6โ7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until almost cooked through.
โโข Add diced bell pepper, taco seasoning, salt, cannellini beans, and parsley. Sautรฉ for 3โ4 more minutes until well combined and heated through.
2๏ธโฃ Assemble & Bake Tacos:
โโข Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
โโข Arrange corn tortillas on a baking tray.
