Mayonnaise
2 boiled grated Potatoes
2 tbsp Chopped Onion
1 chopped Green Chilli
2 tbsp Grated Carrot
2 tbsp Chopped Capsicum
2 tbsp Corn
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
How to cook:

Grate boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl, then add onion, green chilli, carrot, capsicum, corn, oregano, chilli flakes, salt and coriander leaves. Mix well.
Grease slices of bread with butter from one side. Then put mayonnaise, put mixture over the bread. Put tomato sauce over butter on the other bread. Put sauced bread on another. Apply some butter on upper bread.
Heat sandwich maker and place sandwiches on it with buttered side. Apply some butter on upper bread. Cook for 5 minutes.
Your Sandwich is ready.
