Pink Protein Muffin Recipe 👇
🧁 Wet Ingredients:
1/2 cup cooked beetroot
3/4 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 ripe banana
2 eggs
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
1 tsp vanilla
🌾 Dry Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups oat flour
1/4 cup almond meal
1 scoop vanilla protein powder or 2 tbsp oat flour
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch sea salt
Blend wet, mix dry, bake 18-22 min at 180C (350F).
