๐ฅ Ingredients ๐ฅ
๐ธ 1 block of tofu
๐ธ 1 can of tuna (100g)
๐ธ 1/4 onion
๐ธ 1 spicy green chili (e.g., Cheongyang chili)
๐ธ 1 tbsp low-sugar gochujang (use 1/2 tbsp if using regular gochujang)
๐ธ 1/2 tbsp allulose
๐ธ 1 tbsp perilla oil (or sesame oil)
โฃ๏ธThis recipe is inspired by actress Jin Seo-yeonโs diet-friendly ssamjang.When I tasted it, it felt a bit mildโprobably because itโs made for dieting.If you prefer a stronger ssamjang flavor, feel free to add a little more gochujang or doenjang (soybean paste) at the end to adjust the taste.
๐ฅฃ Instructions ๐ฅฃ
๐น Drain the oil from the canned tuna using a strainer.
๐น Finely chop the onion and green chili.
๐น In a dry pan over low heat, crumble the tofu and stir-fry slowly until the moisture evaporates.
๐น Once most of the tofuโs moisture is gone, raise the heat to medium-low and add the tuna, chopped onion, chopped chili, gochujang, and allulose. Stir-fry everything together.
๐น Finally, add 1 tablespoon of perilla oil and mix well while stir-frying.Your diet-friendly tofu tuna ssamjang is ready to enjoy!
