NO OVEN GLUTEN-FREE – LOW FAT – LOW CALORIES VEGAN PIZZA. Feat.: MY RESCUE KITTENS!

INGREDIENTS – Makes two pizzas

1 1/2 cup oatmeal flour
4 tablespoons of water
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste

For the topping:
1/2 cup of tomato sauce (recipe below)
Vegan cheese of your preference (recipe below)
1 tomato
Oregano to taste
Arugula or any other green or herb of your preference.

METHOD:

In a bowl, mix the oatmeal flour, the baking powder, and salt, combine well, add the oil and add the water little by little until it becomes a soft moldable dough. Using a tortilla press or a rolling pin, make pizza disc shapes. Add to the skillet in low heat, toast one side, flip then add the toppings, cover and let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
