I prepared a refreshing and healthy mixed vegetable salad vlog, a simple yet delicious dish perfect for hot summer days. While traditional Nepali cuisine doesn’t feature many salads, the trend of enjoying fresh vegetable salads is growing, especially in cities and towns. I personally developed this habit while working with foreigners, and I love it because it’s both tasty and good for health.

In this video, I use fresh ingredients like cucumber, apple, capsicum, cabbage, carrot, two types of salad greens, and a large tomato. You can also customize your mixed vegetable salad by adding raw fruits or vegetables like grapes, pomegranates, or even cheese and onion (I skipped these this time due to family preferences).

For the salad dressing, I simply add olives, seasoning sauce, and a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.
