Recipe:

Ingredients:
* 3 drumsticks, peeled and cut into small pieces
* 1/2 cup yellow moong dal, soaked for 2 hours
* 3-4 cloves of garlic
* 1 large onion, sliced
* 3 medium-sized tomatoes
* 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
* 1 cup water
* 2 tsp butter
* 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
* 1 tsp crushed black pepper
* Chili flakes (to taste)
* 1-2 tsp lime juice

Instructions:
* In a pressure cooker, combine the soaked moong dal, peeled and cut drumsticks, garlic cloves, sliced onion, and tomatoes. Add salt and 1 cup of water.
* Cover the cooker and cook on medium heat for 3 whistles.
* Once the pressure releases naturally, open the lid. Blend the contents with a hand blender until smooth.
* Strain the blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the fibrous parts of the drumstick. This step is crucial for a smooth soup.
* In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and crushed black pepper.
* Once the cumin seeds begin to crackle, pour in the strained soup. Bring it to a single boil.
* Turn off the heat and stir in the chili flakes and fresh lime juice. Serve hot and enjoy!
