HIGH PROTEIN QUICHE
ingredients:
1 carb balance tortilla
1 egg
6 T egg whites
1/4 cup light shredded cheese
1/4 cup 2% cottage cheese

optional add in ideas:
handful of spinach
sweet mini peppers
bacon
turkey sausage
onions

place the carb balance tortilla in an oven-safe pie dish or glass bowl. add an egg, egg whites and cottage cheese on the tortilla and mix! season well. add in whatever veggies or meat you want and then top with cheese!
bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes for a shallow pie dish and more like 40-45 mins for a deep bowl (like I used) or until the eggs are fully cooked!
