Ingredients:
2 cups whole Raggi
3/4 Cup Urud Dal
3/4 Cup Soya bean
1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
Soak all the ingredients in water for 6 hours and then grind to a fine paste by also adding 1 cup cooked rice and then allow to ferment. It would take 6 to 7 hours depending on the temperature.
Then make super soft Idli or crispy Dosa using the batter and serve with your favorite chutney & sambar.
