Healthier Dessert Idea: Frozen Yogurt Bites

​Peanut Butter & Banana Frozen Yogurt Cups 😋

These are such an easy and yummy dessert idea.


INGREDIENTS FOR ABOUT 6 CUPS:

• ​1 cup full fat Greek yogurt (250g)
• ​1 tsp unsweetened peanut butter (I use a pb that is 100% made of peanuts)
• ​1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (or more, to taste)
• ​1 tsp vanilla extract
• ​1 sliced banana
• ​6 pieces 80% dark chocolate
• ​handful of ground hazelnuts

PREPARATION:

• ​Mix yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract together.

• ​Spoon into muffin pan cavities lined with muffin liners. Top with sliced bananas.

• ​Let set in the freezer for 2-3 hours.

• ​Top with melted dark chocolate and ground hazelnuts and enjoy.

• ​Store in the freezer. Defrost for about 15-20 minutes before serving.
