– 1 cup rolled oats
– 2 large eggs
– 1 cup milk
– A small pinch of salt
– A dash of freshly ground black pepper
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 30 g (1 oz) mozzarella cheese
– A sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes
– A few sprigs of fresh parsley
Cook the oat pancake in the air fryer at 180°C (360°F) for 12 minutes.
