Recipe | Method
Ingredients:
• Dosa batter – 2 cups
• Bell peppers (green, red, yellow) – finely chopped
• Tomatoes – finely chopped (optional, Jain followers may skip)
• Paneer – grated
• Boiled potato – mashed (optional)
• Green chili & ginger paste – as per taste
• Salt – to taste
• Black salt – to taste
• Ghee / oil – for roasting
Method:
1. Whisk the dosa batter until smooth.
2. In a bowl, mix chopped veggies, paneer, salt, black salt, and ginger-green chili paste.
3. Heat a tawa (griddle) and lightly grease with ghee or oil.
4. Pour dosa batter like making a dosa, but keep it slightly thick.
5. Spread the veggie-paneer mixture on top, then cover it with a light layer of batter again.
6. Cover and cook on low flame until golden and crispy on both sides.
7. Cut into desired shapes and serve hot.
