Ingredients:
• 1 cup boiled sweet corn (fresh or frozen)

• 1–2 tbsp cream cheese or mayo (optional, for creaminess)
• pinch of chili flakes (optional)
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• Salt to taste
• Bread slices (multigrain or white)
• Butter or ghee (for toasting)
Instructions:
1. Make the filling: In a bowl, mix boiled corn, grated cheese, pepper, salt, and mayo if using.
2. Assemble: Spread the mixture on a slice of bread and cover with another. Press gently.
