They are served in a bowl, made up of salad ingredients and their looks are amazing! The original oil is Buddha bowls but for me they are rainbow bowls filled with health! And you know what is the most fun? That you can put everything you love!

How do I assemble the bowl?
Whole grain cereal / white rice, burgundy (quinoa and buckwheat are not cereal but play the same role).

Protein serving – chicken breast, eggs, tuna, tofu (for vegetarians).

Cooked vegetables – peas, broccoli, soybeans, beans.

Fresh vegetables – cucumber, gamba, cherry tomatoes, carrots, purple and white cabbage, lettuce, spinach leaves.

Fat – grinding, avocado, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, olive oil and all kinds of nuts.

Legumes – Lentils and hummus
