1 cup Wheat flour (atta)
½ cup Semolina (sooji/rava)
½ cup Yogurt (optional)
1–1¼ cup Water (as required)
1 Onion (finely chopped)
¼ cup Bell pepper (chopped)
¼ cup Carrot (grated)
1 Green chili (finely chopped)
2 tbsp Coriander leaves
½ tsp Cumin + ½ tsp Ajwain
Salt & spices to taste
Oil/Ghee for cooking
🍳 Method (Step by Step):
1️⃣ Mix wheat flour, semolina, cumin, ajwain, salt in a bowl.
2️⃣ Add yogurt + water slowly, whisk into smooth batter.
3️⃣ Add onion, capsicum, carrot, chili, and coriander. Mix well.
4️⃣ Heat a pan, brush with oil.
5️⃣ Pour a ladle of batter, spread into a circle.
6️⃣ Sprinkle some veggies on top, drizzle oil around edges.
7️⃣ Cook covered on medium flame till golden, then flip.
