• 250g 0% Greek yogurt
• 30g chia seeds
• 30g unsweetened cocoa powder
• 10g honey
Notes:
• Consistency: For a smoother mousse, ensure the cocoa powder is well-blended with no lumps.
• Serving: Consume half the portion per snack, combining it with fresh fruit or a handful of cereals for added goodness.
Instructions:
1. Combine: In a bowl, mix together the low-fat Greek yogurt, chia seeds, bitter cocoa powder, and honey until thoroughly combined.
2. Chill: Cover the bowl and leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or overnight, to allow the chia seeds to swell and the mousse to set.
3. Serve: Divide into two portions and enjoy!
