Ingredients:
40g low-fat paneer (grated or crumbled)
40g boiled rajma
¼ small onion (finely chopped)
1 garlic clove (grated or minced)
1 small green chilli (finely chopped)
1 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
Salt – to taste
¼ tsp garam masala
¼ tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp ghee (for cooking)

For Chaat Base:
3 tbsp low-fat curd (whisked)
1 tsp homemade green chutney
1 tsp homemade tamarind/ red chutney
Baked sev (optional — not included in the macros)
Fresh coriander – for garnish

Instructions:
Make the tikki mixture:
In a bowl, combine paneer, boiled rajma, onion, garlic, green chilli, coriander, and dry spices.
Mash everything well and shape into a flat tikki.

Cook the tikki:
Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan and cook the tikki on both sides until golden brown and crisp.

Assemble the chaat:
Spread curd on a plate, place the hot tikki on top.
Drizzle green chutney and red chutney.
Top with fresh coriander and a sprinkle of baked sev if desired.
