Weightloss Recipes : Toasted Tofu & Noodle Veggie Salad Bowl

Ingredients
100 gm Cucumber Noodles
100 gm Carrot Noodles
150 gm Fat free yogurt
Spices : Kala namak, chaat masala, black pepper powder, cumin powder as taste
1/2 lime juice
Fresh mint, basil and coriander leaves
150 gm Tofu
Marination : 1/2 tsp oil + salt & red chilli powder + 1/2 lime juice
Method :
In a bowl, add yogurt, spices, lemon juice & herbs. Give it a mix, whisk well. Cut carrots & cucumbers in julienne and add those noodles in the yogurt mix, Give it a good mix and serve , top with 2g peanuts if you want.
Now in a separate bowl, prepare paneer marination and toss paneer in it and roast on pan from all the sides. Pair with carrot & noodle salad and enjoy your lunch meal.
