INGREDIENTS
•1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
•1/4 cup sugar free peanut power
•1/3 cup milk of choice
•1.5 tbsp crushed peanuts(optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
•Mix everything in a bowl. Depending on the type of protein powder used, add more liquid slowly until you get a creamy frosting-like consistency.
•It will also thicken in the fridge!
