1. Dry roast equal portions of almonds and walnuts and half quantity of cashew and keep it aside.
2. Dry roast equal portions of flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds (you can skip sesame).
3. Grind dry roasted seeds and nuts with soft half the deseeded dates. Dates quantity to be half of total seeds and nuts.
4. Roll them into balls and store in an airtight jar upto a month.
5. You can increase quantity of dates if you like more sweetness. If you don’t have soft dates, soak dates in water for 15-20 mins and strain the water completely and then blend it separately and mix with nuts and seeds powder.
