WEIGHTLOSS RECIPES Ep-35 ( High Protein Tikki with Raita ) 🥙
Crispy sprouts tikki paired with cooling raita – a perfect weightloss-friendly combo that’s as tasty as it is healthy! ✨🥘
Recipe –
Take 1 bowl sprouts & kacha kaala chana
Grind it well
Add 1 cup chopped Onion, Carrot, Cabbage, Tomato & Bell Pepper each
Add 1 tsp chopped green chilli
Add 2-3 chopped Garlic cloves
Add 1 inch chopped Ginger
Add 1 small bowl crushed Paneer
Add handful of Coriander leaves
Add 1 tsp Rock Salt
Add 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Add 1 tsp Coriander powder
Add 1 tsp Chaat Masala
Add 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Add 1 small bowl Oats
Mix everything well & shape well into tikki’s
Cook on both sides until crisp
Take, 1 small bowl beaten curd
Add 1 cup grated Carrot
Add 1 cup chopped Cucumber
Add handful of coriander leaves
Add 1 small cup crushed Peanuts
Add 1 tsp Rock Salt
Mix well and serve with the tikki’s !
