RECIPE METHOD:-
1. Ek bowl me besan, haldi powder, salt, Sugar aur thoda paani daal kar smooth batter bana lijiye.
2. Ab isme eno daal kar gently mix kijiye.
3. Greased thali me batter daal kar 15 – 20 minute tak steam kijiye.
4. Dhokla ready hone par tadka banaiye oil garam karke usme rai, green chilli, water, lemon juice, Sugar aur salt daal dijiye.
5. ye tadka dhokla ke uper daal dijiye.
