#HappyNewYear ggggggg. I know , I am bit late to wish you all but ” Better late Than Never”. Since new year is up and I am ready with my resolution to be Persistent & Consistent in my work I would also like you guys to let me know your Resolutionsssss !. That was long , anyways, I also thought it would be great to kick start the Year with some healthy banana bread which #lowfat #norefinedsugar #nomaida & is #eggless . So lets get started.
Ingredients ( Serves 3-4)
cups – Mashed ripe bananas*
2.5 tsp- Vanilla Essencevpvgh
1 tbsp- Vinegar
1/4 cup- oil
2/3 cup- Honey
1 cup- Whole wheat Flour
3/4 cup- Oats Flour
1/2 cup- Natural Cocoa Pwdr
2 Tbsp- Dutch Cocoa Pwdr
1 tsp- Baking Soda
3/4 tsp- Baking Pwder
3/4 tsp- Salt
1/2 cup- choco chips/ Nuts
* Use extra ripe bananas for nice flavour. Microwave ripe bananas to get them extra ripe ( Black)
* Measure the bananas first & then mash them.
