My healthy meal prep for the week:
🔹High Protein Greek Yogurt Bagel Sandwiches: Greek yogurt bagels are simple to prepare and have extra protein. Filled the bagels with an egg patty made from 2 eggs and Trader Joe’s chicken sausage patty.
🔹Buffalo Chicken Dip loaded potatoes: Buffalo chicken dip made with cottage cheese and Greek yogurt. Potatoes roasted with 21 seasoning salute and olive oil. I’ll eat this with a salad to add veggies.
🔹Ground Beef Quinoa & Broccoli: this one pan meal is easy to make and high in protein and fiber.
