🌱 Day 7 of My 54 Days Weight Loss Challenge Recipe!
A healthy, protein-rich, and delicious Paneer & Veg Tikki recipe perfect for weight loss and fitness goals. These tikkis are made from soaked dal, fresh vegetables, homemade paneer, and basic Indian spices – super easy to make at home with minimal
ingredients.
🔸 Recipe Steps:
1️⃣ Soak dal and green chili overnight.
2️⃣ Grind soaked dal, green chili, and salt to a fine paste.
3️⃣ In a bowl, mix the paste with chopped onion, capsicum, grated paneer, and beetroot.
4️⃣ Add dhaniya powder, red chili powder, and garam masala.
5️⃣ Shape into tikkis.
6️⃣ Heat a tawa, add ghee, and roast the tikkis until golden brown on both sides.
7️⃣ Serve hot with green chutney or curd.
