Granola is a healthy, tasty and quick breakfast that you can have with milk, curd or otherwise! Learn the steps to make this at home in a healthier way and we promise that you will not back to the expensive ones found in stores!

INGREDIENTS:
4 Cups Rolled Oats
1.5 Cups Raw Nuts or Seeds
1 tsp fine grain sea salt
1/4 Cup Cane Sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon/nutmeg
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Honey
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2/3 Cup Dried Fruits, chopped if large
Chocochips (Optional)
METHOD:
1. Take a vessel to heat up the olive oil and cane sugar till it dissolves.
2. Add honey to this and stir on medium heat.
3. Add Cocoa Powder to this and mix.
4. Take Oats in a big bowl, add the liquid prepared to this and mix well.
5. Spread this mix evenly on a lined baking tray (Refer to how the baker does so in the video)
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 160 degrees.
7. After baking, let it cool down for 10-15 minutes.
8. Break them in loose form
9. Add fruits, nuts of your choice here and give it a good mix!
10. Serve with Milk, Soy Milk or Curd and enjoy !
