INGREDIENTS:
500g Gnocchi (noodles also work great)
300g Bell Pepper (about 2), chopped
300g Skyr or 0% Fat Greek Yoghurt
300g Canned Tuna, drained (about 2 cans)
100g Baby Spinach
80ml Sriracha Sauce (or to your taste)
Salt & Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook gnocchi or buy them already cooked
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the Skyr/Greek Yoghurt and Sriracha to create the sauce.
Add the chopped bell pepper, spinach, and drained tuna.
Fold in the cooked gnocchi and mix until everything is coated.
Divide evenly into 3 meal prep containers and refrigerate. Enjoy it for the next 3 days!
