Healthier Cookies:
1/2C butter (softened)
1/2C honey
1/2C peanut butter (or nut free butter)
1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4C flour of choice
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4C quick oats
1/2C rolled oats
1/2C chia seeds
1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder OR 1/2C flax meal
* 1/2C mini chocolate chips + 1/2C mini M&Ms (use dye free if you can)
1.Cream butter, PB, & honey
2.mix in remaining ingredients
3. roll out 1 inch cookie balls (about 18)
4. bake @ 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes
