2. 100g tofu
3. 100g cabbage
4. 100g capsicum
5. 5 garlic
6. Black pepper powder
7. 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
8. 1/2 tsp mixed herbs

10. 1/2 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
11. Coriander leaves
Preparation of this recipe
1. Take Urban platter shiratakhi Noodles and wash it well and keep it aside.
2. You don’t have to cook that
3. Take pan. No oil.
4. Add the vegetables and tofu and sauté it one by one with some salt and black pepper powder.
5. Every vegetable should sauté in medium high flame for 4 to 5 mins.
6. Tofu should sauté longer time than Other vegetable
7. Now take a mixer jar and add pannee and garlic along with some water
8. Mix it well and add into the same pan
9. Add all the spices and salt
10. Mix it well for 3 mins in high flame
11. Check the salt and serve it along with all the vegetables and tofu.
