Recipe-
1. Grind together 1 cup oats, 1 cup almond to a fine powder.
2. Transfer it in a bowl and add 1 cup jaggery, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda and 1/2 tsp baking powder. Mix well the dry ingredients.
3. Now add 1/2 cup curd, 1/4 cup oil and 1 cup milk(add very little milk more if required).
4. Mix everything well to form flowy batter.
5. Transfer the batter in a greased tray, top it up with dark chocolate chunks and walnuts.
6. Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 mins or until toothpick comes out clean. You can make it in a preheated Airfryer at 160 degrees for approx 20-25 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
