-Mashed potatoes:
(about 700g potatoes
1 tbsp butter
1 laughing cow wedge
1/2 cup fat free milk
seasonings of choice)
-sweet corn kernels
-15g RF shredded cheese
-3 oz breaded chicken bites (I used just bare)
-gravy
Taco bell Supreme burrito: 4 pts
-large high fiber tortilla
-fat free refried beans seasoned with taco seasoning and garlic salt
-ground chicken taco meat
-diced onion
-diced tomatoes
-13g rf shredded cheese
-1 tbsp lite sour cream
-taco sauce
Falafel pocket: 7 pts
-lavash flatbread
-2 tbsp hummus
-2 cooked falafel
-roasted red peppers
-1/4 oz feta cheese
Chicken jalapeño pocket: 4 pts
-lavash flatbread
-grilled chicken breast
-1/2 oz lite mozzarella cheese
-1 lite laughing cow wedge
-chopped jalapeño
-garlic jalapeno seasoning
