🟢 Ingredients

Base
1 cup fox nuts
1 cup de-seeded dates
¼ cup rolled oats
1½ cups almond milk

Blend
20 cashews (soaked 6 hours)
¼ cup cacao powder
¼ tsp vanilla powder (optional)

Topping
2 tbsp roasted chopped almonds
1 tbsp cacao nibs (optional)

🟢 Method

1. Soak fox nuts, rolled oats and dates in almond milk for 15 minutes.
2. Add soaked mix, cashews, cacao and vanilla to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour mixture into a container, cover and freeze for 6 hours.
4. Before serving, thaw for 10 minutes, scoop and add toppings.
