🥞Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 egg
4 tbsp cottage cheese
3 tbsp rolled oats
2 tbsp oat flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 banana, mashed

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients until a smooth consistency is reached. Cook in a pan greased with ghee butter (or coconut oil) over medium – low heat for 2 – 3 minutes on each side. Gently flip as they are super delicate
