Tofu Date Carrot Ginger Miso Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
• 1 cup water
• 1 bell pepper
• 1 green onion
• 1 inch turmeric, peeled
• 1 inch ginger, peeled
• 2-3 dates, soaked in hot water for 10 minutes
• Half a block tofu
• 1 tsp mellow white miso
• A pinch of black pepper
Instructions
• Add all ingredients to the blender in the order listed.
• Secure the lid.
• Start the blender at a low speed, gradually increasing to its highest setting.
• Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
