Recipe:
1/2 cup Non-fat plain Greek yogurt
2-3 tablespoons PBFIT
1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to your sweetness preference)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
