Ingredients:
3 tsp sprouted ragi flour
40 gm roasted makhana
5 soaked almonds
1 tsp soaked chia seeds
5 dates without seeds
water as required
Process:
Step 1 In boiling water add sprouted ragi flour and mix till thickens allow it to cool
Step 2 Add to mixer grinder add half glass water makhana almonds chia seeds dates and blend
Step 3 Top it with dry fruits of your choice
