Navratri Special: Raw Banana Galouti Kebabs ✨
Made using my Bergner Stainless Steel Triply Argent Saucepan & Frypan.
Ingredients (makes 15 kebabs):
• 1 cup makhana
• 10 cashews
• 10 almonds
• 4 raw bananas (boiled & mashed)
• ½ cup grated paneer
• Fresh coriander leaves
• Mint leaves
• 2 green chilies
• 1-inch grated ginger
• ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
• Sendha namak, to taste
• 3 tbsp oil (for shallow frying)
For the salad:
• 2 cucumbers
• 1 pomegranate
• ¼ cup roasted & crushed peanuts
• Juice of ½ orange
• Sendha namak, to taste
Golden & crisp outside, melt-in-mouth inside — ek baar try kiya toh Navratri special ban jaayega 😋✨
